Chad and I hooked up with friends from Utah. It was great to see you guys again!
We went to a family BBQ and then to the Stadium of Fire with cousins, Chad's parents, and sister. Shedaisy and the Jonas Brothers performed. Sadie, being a 13 year old, was very excited to see the Jonas Brothers... so were thousands of other teenage girls there... it was a very shrilling experience!

We went to the open house for the Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple. What a beautiful temple! It has very modern decor and is very different than any other temple I've seen... it is very nice! 
I always enjoy Canada Day, 4th of July, etc. I'm an overly festive person so anytime I can celebrate any holiday, I'm there! We had a good time, and we always love getting out of Vegas even if only for a few days!

oh fun! i wish i would have known you were in town, we could have gone to dinner. and lucky that you have been to the new temple, we haven't been yet. we went to the new Draper temple open house, that one is beautiful inside as well.
ok, i'm lame, good think i really read your blog, huh? you DID go to the Draper temple. DUH! There is a new one opening up out at The District soon, in fact I think it might still be having it's open house, but i'm not sure. That's the one I thought you went to...haha...
To be honest, I don't know if the Oquirrh temple is the same as the Draper temple so I deleted the "Draper, UT" part off my blog, too funny! So we can be confused together! It would be great to get together with you. I will get a hold of you next time we come to Utah. Where in UT did you move?
what a fun trip! I wish Brian and I could go somewhere. I swear our schedules are never the same. It stinks. Ya, I don't know how it's going to be all alone. Yikes, I'm a little nervous. Are you going to Canada while Chad is gone? What are you doing with Joey?
How fun! Looks like you had a good 4th! And you're going to Canada while he's gone, right? We should totally get together after this crazy summer is over!
